Naya Kanga (5844m) is shapely mountain rising to the west of the Ganja La (5,122 m), which is a popular, although at times difficult, pass giving access to Helambu. Naya Kanga was formerly called Ganja La Chuli. From the Summit of Naya Kanga peak offers the spectacular panoramic views of mountains in Nepal and Tibet including Langshisa Ri (6,370m), Pemthang Ri (6,836m), Shisapangma (8,046m), Langtang Lirung (7,425m), Pemthang Kapro Ri (6,830m) and Langtang II (6,571m).
The normal route of ascent to Naya Kanga is via the north - East Ridge over a line on ice and snow. We follow the route of Langtang trek to Kyangjin (3,749m) for the ascent of Naya Kanga. To the north further Kangjin, there are several hills that provide both the magnificent views and the acclimatization. North - east of Kyangjin Ri (4,700m), there are two peaks; Yala Peak (5, 500m) and Tsergo Peak (5,749m) that provide you good climbing for acclimatization.
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel.
Day 02: Half day sightseeing and preparation day for climbing.
Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Syabru besi.
Day 04: Trek from Shyabru besi - Lama Hotel
Day 05: lama Hotel to Langtang.
Day 06: Langtang - Kyanjing Gompa.
Day 07: Kyanjing Gompa rest/acclimatization.
Day 08: Kyanjing Gompa - Naya Kanga Base camp.
Day 09: Naya Kanga rest in Base camp.
Day 10: Base Camp to High Camp.
Day 11: High camp to summit and return back Base camp.
Day 12: Optional day if weather is bad!
Day 13: Base camp - Kyanging Gompa – Goda tabela
Day 14: Ghota tabela - Sybrubensi
Day 15: Drive from Sybrubensi to kathmandu
Day 16: Free day in kathmandu or shopping day.
Day 17: Departure to your home.

Himalayan RST will provide the technical climbing equipment, including: harness, axes, helmets, crampons, Carrabins, ropes and base camp camping and cooking equipment. You will need to supply the following personal equipment. If you do not have the following equipment you can rent it when you arrive in Kathmandu.
